Why do Wholesale Sales include Shipping and Handling?
Free shipping only applies to retail orders. Pricing of wholesale personal alarms allow for shipping costs.
Since we offer volume discounts, a Shipping and Handling fee is included in our quotes, due to the weight and handling of larger orders.

How long is a Price Quote valid?
Price Quotes are valid for 10 business days.
Inventories are checked at the time a Price Quote is requested to ensure we can fill your order.
If a Price Quote is accepted after 10 business days, you will receive an Updated Price Quote.

For International Shipments (outside of North America), charges are based on weight and destination.
